Quickest Way to Lose Weight-No sweat!

Leisure 18 Slimming Coffee

I have a friend who works in Singapore who introduced me to Leisure Slimming Coffee, I'm doubtful to try anything that promises impressive results especially when it comes to loosing weight but when I saw her in person after a year, I was like, "Oh is it really you?".

Okay fine, I'm no longer fat, I'm obese. Just imagine my weight ranges from 50 to 55 kilos my whole life and didn't imagine I'm already 84 kilos. Please do not ask for photos...

Going back, I was impressed at how she made it. And to cut the story short, I tried it but before trying the product I made an extensive investigation. I found out that it's not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), banned in most countries  and that the Manufacturer didn't expose what it's actually made of.

Leisure Slimming Coffee is actually a suppressant, It works on our brain so we won't feel hungry. It has a drug that is actually meant for obesity but is no longer in the market due to some issues. And as I mention, I was obese and so I tried it at my own expense. My dad was a little worried that it may bring me bad results. Hey, I'm not promoting this product. I just want to share my experience.

I bought 2 boxes of Leisure 18 Slimming Coffee(the one I showed above), each box contains 18 sachets, I bought mine to where friend get hers. Some users say that the fake version is widespread and that you only buy from trusted dealers. Right now, you can't actually trust anyone when money is at stake. When I was about to start my experiment, my friend gave me some pointers. She suggested that I take two sachets a day since I am more than 80 kilos and that I need to drink as much water so I won't get dehydrated. As for the taste -blunt.

My First Week with Leisure 18 Slimming Coffee -my first and last.

First Day- I felt so normal, perhaps it's still working on my brain
Second Day- Felt hungry and craving. I've only eaten a portion as I already feel full. -Lost 1 kilo
Third Day-I don't feel like eating anymore and i realized i pee as often than usual and so to compensate, I filled my tummy with water and ate some bread. -Lost 2 kilos
Fourth Day-Seventh Day is just the same with the third- Lost 2 kilos

In a week time, I lost 5 kilos, from 84 I'm down to 79 kilos. I was so amazed, a bit scared as the ideal weight lose is 1 to 2 kilos every week. Sometimes good things come to an end, I had to stop because prior to my experiment, I was diagnosed with Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria and it's my personal choice to stop since coffee might cause bad reactions.

Final Say: Natural way to lose weight is always the best way even if I find this product effective, the effect is not long lasting. It's way better to eat in portion and sweat away all fats through regular exercise.

Much. Stay Healthy because Health is Wealth and remember our Body is God's Temple.

How to Remove Winpc Spyware Defender

Winpc Defender is a fake spyware application that will definitely ruin your system. Since it's fake, it also performs fake system scan and fake warning messages.

Well just last night I was bombarded with this problem, It says in the error message that I got 6 viruses and 70 infections, I was shocked because my pc is at that moment getting slower. I tried to manually delete the software intruder but it was really time consuming so I opted to look for an automatic software to delete that winpc defender. And I suggest that If you can do it manually, then try so. But if not, and you're not a technical person really then SPYBOT might help. It'll full scan your system and delete the viruses found. However if you can't download the software there are still other options, there are actually a lot of spyware software just be keen enough because it might just be another fake spyware.

Magic Cream where art thou?

Got this photo from Sulit and I can attest it's Authentic-Where art thou?
Years ago my brother's bestfriend had his vacation here in the Philippines. I was so surprised that he's changed a lot. He looks whiter and his face smoother, he looks very different, mind you, this one is a straight guy. Before he went to work for a hospital in Saudi Arabia, he used to live with us, and to tell you, he really was darker. But when I saw him again, a lot like a star. No kidding. He said he's using this so called magic cream from his coworker, authentic because the one who made it is a pharmacist. And so I asked for a try, and really just after you apply it, you'll really feel the difference in an instant, well I don't know why but it was effective, and it was really like magic.

After a year or so, Philippines was bombarded with advertisements of magic creams of different brands. To tell you, I've tried almost all I think(I don't need to mention the brand, I might be sued), and I was frustrated because for all I know all magic creams are the same but I was wrong. Those Magic Cream I purchased from here were immitations. Maybe for some it's effective, but wasn't for me. Instead of whitening my face, it darkened it and I got pimples until I decided to stop. And now I'm waiting for my package from Saudi. Thank God. Well as to how to find the real magic cream, I suggest you go directly to Saudi or ask acquaintances to purchase for you. If the package arrives, I will let everyone know.
How can I say It's not Magic when  my acne and pimple scars were erased in just a week...

Update (2012)-Unfortunately up to this day I can't find this Magic Cream that Heals all skin impurities in just 3 days

If you know anyone who sells this kind, please pm me. thanks!!!

Born Again Christian -Let's Rave About Christ

Born Again Christian is always mistaken to be a religion where in fact it's more of like a relationship with Jesus Christ.  Being Born Again is more of a spiritual encounter with the Lord where your old self is gone and a new self has come. It's when you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, and let him maneuver your life. It's when your sole purpose of living is to glorify the Lord.

3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.

5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You[c] must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

Ephesians 2:8
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God
The Lord is so Loving that He gave His only Begotten Son so anyone who believes in Him will not perish in Hell.

****Read the Bible and Pray, it's the only key to know more of Jesus and His will.

****Matt 7:21-"Not everyone who calls out to me,'Lord!Lord"will enter the kingdom of Heaven.Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter.

****Romans 10:09 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

****There is only one God and that is Jesus

The Bible has all the answers, take time to read...

The Story of a Christian Student and an Atheist Professor
"Yes, sir."
"So you believe in God?"
"Absolutely."
"Is God good?"
"Sure! God's good."
"Is God all-powerful? Can God do anything?"
"Yes."
"Are you good or evil?"
"The Bible says I'm evil."
The professor grins knowingly. "Ahh! THE BIBLE!" He considers for a moment. "Here's one for you. Let's say there's a sick person over here and you can cure him. You can do it. Would you help them? Would you try?"
"Yes sir, I would."
"So you're good...!"
"I wouldn't say that."
"Why not say that? You would help a sick and maimed person if you could... in fact most of us would if we could... God doesn't.
[No answer.]
"He doesn't, does he? My brother was a Christian who died of cancer even though he prayed to Jesus to heal him. How is this Jesus good? Hmmm? Can you answer that one?"
[No answer]
The elderly man is sympathetic. "No, you can't, can you?" He takes a sip of water from a glass on his desk to give the student time to relax. In philosophy, you have to go easy with the new ones. "Let's start again, young fella."
"Is God good?"
"Er... Yes."
"Is Satan good?"
"No."
"Where does Satan come from?" The student falters.
"From... God..."
"That's right. God made Satan, didn't he?" The elderly man runs his bony fingers through his thinning hair and turns to the smirking, student audience. "I think we're going to have a lot of fun this semester, ladies and gentlemen." He turns back to the Christian.
"Tell me, son. Is there evil in this world?"
"Yes, sir."
"Evil's everywhere, isn't it? Did God make everything?"
"Yes."
"Who created evil?
[No answer]
"Is there sickness in this world? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness. All the terrible things - do they exist in this world?"
The student squirms on his feet. "Yes."
"Who created them? "
[No answer]
The professor suddenly shouts at his student. "WHO CREATED THEM? TELL ME, PLEASE!"The professor closes in for the kill and climbs into the Christian's face. In a still small voice: "God created all evil, didn't He, son?"
[No answer]
The student tries to hold the steady, experienced gaze and fails.
Suddenly the lecturer breaks away to pace the front of the classroom like an aging panther. The class is mesmerized. "Tell me," he continues, "How is it that this God is good if He created all evil throughout all time?" The professor swishes his arms around to encompass the wickedness of the world. "All the hatred, the brutality, all the pain, all the torture, all the death and ugliness and all the suffering created by this good God is all over the world, isn't it, young man?"
[No answer]
"Don't you see it all over the place? Huh?"
Pause.
"Don't you?" The professor leans into the student's face again and whispers, "Is God good?"
[No answer]
"Do you believe in Jesus Christ, son?"
The student's voice betrays him and cracks. "Yes, professor. I do."
The old man shakes his head sadly. "Science says you have five senses you use to identify and observe the world around you. Have you?"
"No, sir. I've never seen Him."
"Then tell us if you've ever heard your Jesus?"
"No, sir. I have not."
"Have you ever felt your Jesus, tasted your Jesus or smelt your Jesus...in fact, do you have any sensory perception of your God whatsoever?"
[No answer]
"Answer me, please."
"No, sir, I'm afraid I haven't."
"You're AFRAID... you haven't?"
"No, sir."
"Yet you still believe in him?"
"...yes..."
"That takes FAITH!" The professor smiles sagely at the underling. "According to the rules of empirical, testable, demonstrable protocol, science says your God doesn't exist. What do you say to that, son? Where is your God now?"
[The student doesn't answer]
"Sit down, please."
The Christian sits...Defeated.
Another Christian raises his hand. "Professor, may I address the class?"
The professor turns and smiles. "Ah, another Christian in the vanguard! Come, come, young man. Speak some proper wisdom to the gathering."
The Christian looks around the room. "Some interesting points you are making, sir. Now I've got a question for you. Is there such thing as heat?"
"Yes," the professor replies. "There's heat."
"Is there such a thing as cold?"
"Yes, son, there's cold too."
"No, sir, there isn't."
The professor's grin freezes. The room suddenly goes very cold.
The second Christian continues. "You can have lots of heat, even more heat, super-heat, mega-heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat but we don't have anything called 'cold'. We can hit 458 degrees below zero, which is no heat, but we can't go any further after that. There is no such thing as cold, otherwise we would be able to go colder than 458 below. You see, sir, cold is only a word we use to describe the absence of heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat we can measure in thermal units because heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence of it."
Silence. A pin drops somewhere in the classroom.
"Is there such a thing as darkness, professor?"
"That's a dumb question, son. What is night if it isn't darkness? What are you getting at...?"
"So you say there is such a thing as darkness?"
"Yes..."
"You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is not something, it is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, bright light, flashing light but if you have no light constantly you have nothing and it's called darkness, isn't it? That's the meaning we use to define the word. In reality, Darkness isn't. If it were, you would be able to make darkness darker and give me a jar of it. Can you...give me a jar of darker darkness, professor?"
Despite himself, the professor smiles at the young effrontery before him. This will indeed be a good semester. "Would you mind telling us what your point is, young man?"
"Yes, professor. My point is, your philosophical premise is flawed to start with and so your conclusion must be in error...."
The professor goes toxic. "Flawed...? How dare you...!""
"Sir, may I explain what I mean?"
The class is all ears.
"Explain... oh, explain..." The professor makes an admirable effort to regain control. Suddenly he is affability itself. He waves his hand to silence the class, for the student to continue.
"You are working on the premise of duality," the Christian explains. "That for example there is life and then there's death; a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science cannot even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism but has never seen, much less fully understood them. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life, merely the absence of it."
The young man holds up a newspaper he takes from the desk of a neighbor who has been reading it. "Here is one of the most disgusting tabloids this country hosts, professor. Is there such a thing as immorality?"
"Of course there is, now look..."
"Wrong again, sir. You see, immorality is merely the absence of morality.
Is there such thing as injustice? No. Injustice is the absence of justice. Is there such a thing as evil?" The Christian pauses. "Isn't evil the absence of good?"
The professor's face has turned an alarming color. He is so angry he is temporarily speechless.
The Christian continues. "If there is evil in the world, professor, and we all agree there is, then God, if he exists, must be accomplishing a work through the agency of evil. What is that work God is accomplishing? The Bible tells us it is to see if each one of us will, of our own free will, choose good over evil."
The professor bridles. "As a philosophical scientist, I don't view this matter as having anything to do with any choice; as a realist, I absolutely do not recognize the concept of God or any other theological factor as being part of the world equation because God is not observable."
"I would have thought that the absence of God's moral code in this world is probably one of the most observable phenomena going," the Christian replies.
"Newspapers make billions of dollars reporting it every week! Tell me, professor. Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?"
"If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, young man, yes, of course I do."
"Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?"
The professor makes a sucking sound with his teeth and gives his student a silent, stony stare.
"Professor. Since no-one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this process is an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you now not a scientist, but a priest?"
"I'll overlook your impudence in the light of our philosophical discussion. Now, have you quite finished?" the professor hisses.
"So you don't accept God's moral code to do what is righteous?"
"I believe in what is - that's science!"
"Ahh! SCIENCE!" the student's face splits into a grin. "Sir, you rightly state that science is the study of observed phenomena. Science too is a premise which is flawed..."
"SCIENCE IS FLAWED..?" the professor splutters.
The class is in uproar.
The Christian remains standing until the commotion has subsided. "To continue the point you were making earlier to the other student, may I give you an example of what I mean?" The professor wisely keeps silent.
The Christian looks around the room. "Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the professor's brain?" The class breaks out in laughter.
The Christian points towards his elderly, crumbling tutor. "Is there anyone here who has ever heard the professor's brain... felt the professor's brain, touched or smelt the professor's brain?" No one appears to have done so. The Christian shakes his head sadly. "It appears no-one here has had any sensory perception of the professor's brain whatsoever. Well, according to the rules of empirical, stable, demonstrable protocol, science, I DECLARE that the professor has no brain."
The class is in chaos.
The Christian sits... Because that is what a chair is for.
This prayer might help you (just try to focus and pray this wholeheartedly)

Lord Jesus, I know I'm a sinner. I don't know how to move on with my life now, I feel empty, unsatisfied and unpeaceful, I know only you can satisfy me that's why I want you to come in my life and manage my life. Thank you Lord. This is my prayer in Jesus name. Amen

To know what God has in store for you

White Corals Bataan -A Road Less Travelled

Well, what you see is what you get...I might overrate which I don't intend to do. For me the best part of my stay in White Corals is their beautiful spots to take your photos, their pools, their ammenities, the accomodations and the travel going to the so called "pawikan island". I just felt devastated after reaching pawikan island as I expected a lot from its name, and there were just a few pawikans. Nevertheless, boat travel and chitchat with friends along the way compensated for the false hope...

Not a good choice for snorkelers
I should say, I enjoyed swimming in this pool

The place is big enough though...for team building activities. By the way, the food was great and so are their staffs. Much

Cherifer is the best Height Booster -No hype

Being small in height had been a personal issue for most teenagers who were not blessed with tallness. Way back highschool and College years, I have friends who were really tall.
They said that it's with the genes, but later on they exposed their secrets.(Laugh out loud)
They said that they've taken a lot of food supplement to boost their height when they were still 12yrs. old. And it was really effective.
Our family Doctor told me that womens growth stop by age 25 and in men earlier, at age 21. But if you're thinking of taking food supplements and vitamin B1B6B12 to trigger your growth hormone after reaching that age, it'll be impossible.

But 'might as well try what my friends have tried long ago which increased their height indeed.
I suggest...

  • Try to drink milk with Vitamin B, It'll boost your growth hormone.

  • Try Cherifer (This is no hype. My friends can attest. But this will only work during early teen. I've tried this when I hit 20, to my surprise, instead of boosting my height, it boost the growth of my nails, no kidding!)
  • Try Vitamin B1B6B12

  • Try to do some stretching
But for adults who wish to increase their height some more, I haven't tried this but this one's interesting, some said that there are still chances to grow 2" to 4" more, well there's no harm to check if it'll work for you.

Fort Ilocandia Resort Hotel-the only 5 Star Hotel in the North

Fort Ilocandia is included in my Ilocos Itinerary. It's actually 10 minutes away from Laoag Airport. I didn't stay there, I just ate and viewed the place. I find it calm and refreshing as it is surrounded by trees and when you look around, you'll find sand dunes as if you're in a desert.

Fort Ilocandia makes me think of Madame Imeldific, Imelda Marcos. Unfortunately I wasn't able to see her and ask for a pair of shoes.lol!

Forgive me for my unpleasant look, It was so hot that  I look terrible.

My Forest Adventure

By the way, They have a swimming pool just behind this building

My final verdict: Fort Ilocandia is a soothing place to stay in Ilocos.

How to Get Rid of Pimples?

When I was younger, I don't get much acne until I hit 24, I'm a no skin doctor but my routine might help.

I blame it on:
dirt
facial cleansers/creams
hormones

Based on my experience, dirt above all is the main cause of pimples, it becomes worse when we don't choose the right facial cleansers, soap or creams. I included hormones because when my period is nearing, most often than not it triggers the growth of  new pimples. For some people, wrong food choices cause breakouts but not for me. For me, wrong food is not the root cause of acne, I guess it only triggers the growth.

Anyway It is very important that we wash our face during the morning and before bedtime with plain water.

There is only one cream that  works like magic -It's called magic cream. It's like a one-fix-all cream, it actually erases all facial skin impurities in just 3 to 7 days, you'll  in fact see a big difference overnight. The thing is, I can no longer find this magic cream that was so popular during 2004. I've tried all the magic creams of different manufacturers and I find it all ineffective. If I only knew, I should have bought boxes. lol! Enough of my grievances.

As I mentioned, I used other creams which caused pimple breakouts.

So here's what I did:

1.Every morning and before bed, wash your face with plain water.

2.Try using Cetaphil

3. Sleep early.

4. Try not to touch your face with your hands as often.

5. Or you can also try to use safeguard white (classic) to wash your face but don't let it stay for more than 16 seconds else you'll get your face dry.

It's this one

6. Don't use moisturizers if you have a pimple, it'll just trigger the pimple to grow bigger. But you can use moisturizers if your face is already clear.

7. Don't eat too much salty and spicy foods like junkfoods.

8. Don't expose your face in dirt and smoke, vehicle smoke, and the likes.

9. Seek the advise of a dermatologist.

10. Eat healthy food.

Amansinaya Mountain Resort -I Shall Return

Two thumbs up for whoever made this place really awesome. I must admit that this place made our summer team building peculiar. Truly we had a great time, the name itself rings of "good vibes" -Mountain Resort.

Overall experience was great, the place has really proven its name. If I have to rate Amansinaya, I'd give them a 9 out of 10, my only drawback is the comfort rooms near the nipa huts, I guess it needs some renovation... Nevertheless, I shall return.

How to Decide which School to go for College

When Decision-making is indispensable, you always have to trust your self and adults around you if this or that would be the right thing. Try to ask for your mom's or your dad's idea.

I just want to giveout pointers if you're deciding to what school you want to go for college,

FIRST TIP: Try to decide first if you want to attend a formal school or a home school.
In a formal school, you have classmates and teachers around, and you'll surely enjoy it.
In a home school, you're studying at home with modules but you have all the time in the world.

SECOND TIP: It is important that you do investigations, you have to investigate if a certain school is credible or not.

THIRD TIP: It is important also to make sure that the school you want to enroll in has your choice of course, or whether that school is known or is good at that course.

FOURTH TIP: Browsing the internet is also important, try to check the website of the schools you think and plan to be part of so you can compare.

What Course to take for College? -If I only knew

You have to finalize in your mind as to what you want after college so you can decide the course that you'll take.

TIP: There are a lot of course choices that different schools offer, I guess you just have to be mindful of what you really want and you think you'll enjoy in the long run.

Based on your subject of interest:

Say, If you think you're into Mathemetics, then you can opt for an Engineering Course, Architecture, Education Math Major.

Or, If you think you're good at Science, try out courses Preparatory to Medicine like Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Pharmacy and the likes

Perhaps you're interested in Public relations, you can take Communication Arts, Advertising or Marketing courses, also Education.

What if, let us say you're not interested in those subjects?

Well, as I've been saying, you just have to picture yourself as if you're already working and from there you'll realize what you really wanted.

TIP: You can also go directly to your school's Guidance Office and ask for their assessment.

After doing so, you need to begin to search for a credible school that offers the course you want to take.

Best Whitening Lotion So Far -Zizmore

Zizmore-Like No Other!

The truth is I'm not into whitening, I just like having a clean clear complexion. Years back, I came across a thread about skin whitening, and I was not surprised that a lot of Filipino women love to have a fair skin. The thread actually raves about Zizmore.

I'm a "morena" and my skin gets dark so easy that it's pretty hard to get back to my old self, In short, I tried. I got mine from an online seller because you won't find this anywhere in the market although this is locally manufactured. Anyway I bought this for like below 500 pesos. As for the fragrance, few do not agree but for me, It smells fine.

After about a week or two, you can already see the changes. My skin became a shade lighter and it looks healthier. I've tried so many lotions my whole life and this is the best so far. I just hate it when a certain product claims to be effective just to sell... Zizmore is not actually in the market nor is advertised but it's really effective. Much

La Luz Beach Resort-just a few minutes away from home

How can I not boast about La Luz Beach Resort, my mom is from San Juan Batangas and our house is in fact just across their office.lol! but the beach itself would take at least a few minutes to reach.

I love the beach of Laiya, the calmness of the sea and the sand. Just imagine it's just a few hours travel from Manila. La Luz is one of my love resort amongst the many, reason is I do always get an invite and it's free. Going there is always a part of our summer itinerary, well budget wise.

What else can I say? I enjoyed every single stay at La Luz Beach Resort and mind you, Laiya is one of the best spot to snorkel...

I usually have cons when it comes to my review because I'm not into sugar coating but honestly I just can't think of any. Much
