Montemar Beach Club is my favorite beach resort in Bagac, Bataan. This is a 2 to 3 hour drive from Manila.We went there in March without a reservation and still we were given a decent room with a view of the ocean. As it was high season, the room rate was at P6,350/night but then upon seeing the room, It was all worth it -very elegant and spacious and just perfect for a couch potato like me.
Needless to say, when you're a lover of peace and quiet, you'll surely fall in love with the place especially that they have this powdery sand and the beach is truly well kept.
By the way never leave the place without trying their sumptuous meals at the Resto they call La Marea :) Their Sinigang na Lechon Kawali in palayok is a must try. (ahh now I'm craving) Truth is I'd like to come back for that.
